4		Eggs
3/4	c	Sugar
2	ds	Plain flour -sifted twice
1	ts	Cream of Tartar
1/2	ts	Soda
1	ts	Ginger
1	ts	Cinnamon
2	ts	Cocoa
2	c	Cornflour
1	ds	Golden Syrup

Beat together eggs and sugar thoroughly, add flour etc. to eggs and sugar and lastly fold in 1 dessertspoon of Golden Syrup.

Bake 20 minutes.
